Check in Meditation
This is a short practice that helps us pause in the moment and tune in to our breathe, body and mind. Checking in is a foundational practice that can easily translate to our everyday lives.

The Five Senses Meditation
This practice is a nice way to pause and notice things we may not typically recognize. This practice can cultivate a deeper appreciation for the world around and inside of you.
This is a sport-specific meditation for football players of any age. It is great for game day, before practice or any other time a player may want to get a leg up.
