Mindfulness Class
If you have ever been curious about mindfulness and meditation, but uncertain how and where to start, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This class is designed to dip your toe in the water, learn how to start a personalized meditation practice and stick with it. At a time where everything is so uncertain and constantly changing, this class is one thing that can provide you stability, consistency, and calm.
Start a medtation practice
Together we will establish a routine, space and time for you to practice meditation and make it a part of your daily routine. We will explore mindful meditation with guided and some small silent pratices.
Apply to
your everyday life
Through our group discussions, you will learn how to apply mindfulness to your home, work or social environment. No matter what the situation, our work together will help shift your perspective.
weekly homework to enhance your experience
Through a series of small, weekly activities, you will gain a deeper understanding that mindfulness is much more than meditation. It is a way of interacting with the world.

Class meets Monday or Thursday evenings 7-8:30 p.m. EST on 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, 8/24
